MEIRING
Nursing Executive
Annelie started her formal nursing studies in 1979. Her
tertiary nursing qualifications include: B.Cur, B.Cur
Hons and M.Cur through the University of Pretoria, Diploma Advanced
Nursing Science at UNISA [Nursing Education, Community
Health Nursing], Diploma in Nursing Administration, Certificate
Geriatric Nursing Department of Health. Her professional
qualifications include: Registered nurse, Midwife, Psychiatric
Nurse, Community Health Nurse, Nursing Education, Nursing
Administration, Registered Assessor, Moderator and Verifier.
Annelie has a passion for people and believes she can live
this passion through her contribution to the overall nursing
service.
Lucas Sikundla
Managed Care Services - Case Management Manager
Lucas qualified as a professional Nurse in 2003 with a diploma in General, Nursing Sciences, Psychiatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing and Midwifery. Lucas started his professional career in Trauma Nursing and is currently the Case Manager at Healthshare. He is amongst others a BLS instructor and offers accredited courses to our client base. Lucas has a wide range of Case Management experience with vast experience in Medical Aid Rules and Administrators as well as in Trauma Nursing. He obtained shareholding in Healthshare Management Care in 2008 and also serve on the Board of Directors for Management Care (Pty) Ltd. and Phakamisa Healthy Living (Pty) Ltd.

DALINA GREYLING
Finance and Administration Executive
Dalina started her career in the financial department
at the Harmony Gold Mining Company in September 1985.
Here she gained experience in all the aspects of the
financial department: strategic planning, debtors, creditors,
reconciliation and balance sheets - to name a few. In
1996 she was transferred to the hospital as Financial
Manager, specifically to implement a private wing. Later
in her career, she was appointed as Group Central Services
Accountant, where she was responsible for the management
of all the overheads, as well as the Corporate Financials.
Dalina joined Healthshare as the Group Finance &
Administration Executive and was appointed as one of
the Directors of the Healthshare Pharmacy companies
in 2005.

DR BEN-MATTHYS DUMINY
Project Manager
Ben-Matthys completed his MBChB medical degree in1994 at the University of Pretoria. He started his medical career in the rural areas of South Africa, but returned to Pretoria as a Clinical Assistant in internal medicine in 1997. In 1999 he became the Director of the newly built Trauma Unit of Akasia Hospital and chose healthcare management as a career. From there on he served in managerial positions in private practice and the Curamed and Medi-Clinic hospital groups obtaining experience in strategic healthcare project planning. In 2008 he started with consultancy work for Healthshare in health service assessment, to be appointed as Project Manager in 2010. He believes that optimal patient care can be achieved through planning, organising and management of health systems through strategic alignment.

Finance Executive
Madelein completed her B. Compt
(Accounting & Auditing)
degree in 2003 at the University of Potchefstroom in South
Africa. She furthermore completed her Honors degree
in 2005.
Madelein started her career working in a Financial
Auditors firm as an auditor for 5 years. During
this period she had to attend to 2000 businesses. She
was appointed in Healthshare Health Solutions as the Financial
Manager in 2005. She also acts in the position of Executive: Finance
and Administration when required. Madelein has experience
in all aspects of a complete financial system, including, debtors, creditors, reconciliation, procurement, administration,
financial reporting and more.
During her career she
has been responsible for the financial reports, costing and
budgets for 3 hospitals and 33 clinics.
Madelein is
responsible for projects within Healthshare pertaining to
Finance and Administration, and Information Technology and
Systems.
