MR FRANK SULLIVAN
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Frank has 27 years experience in Human Resource Management, which includes serving as an HR Director and Executive of Harmony Gold Mining Company. He has strong general management and negotiation skills and has been instrumental in many creative ventures and change management programs within the industry. Frank is the current chairman of TEBA Ltd. and a Director of both Healthshare and the Healthshare Pharmacy Companies. He is a registered industrial psychologist and his academic qualifications are: Bpl.Hons, M.Comm, Mdp and Edp.

DR TONY DE COITO
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tony is a medical doctor who is passionate about business. He has an MBChB medical degree, as well as a B.Comm and an MBA, with distinction, from the Witwatersrand Business School. He has 15 years experience in the healthcare environment, of which 11 years have been at senior management level. He has overseen many healthcare transitions and has strong communication and change management skills. Apart from being on the Healthshare Board of Directors, his main contribution is in operations, but Tony also contributes at a strategic level.
